"Furthermore, the detonation of any nuclear or radiological device, anywhere on the globe, whose source cannot be determined will be assumed without proof to be an attack by a hidden alliance of North Korea, Iran and the greater Muslim world against the economy, security and people of the United States"

You have a lot to learn about false flag terriosm. You know a nation attacking itself and blaming it an another nation. Like 9/11. Iran poses no threat to the US. But damn sure if there is any kind of terriost attack it will be blammed on them. And this admistration has already said it will go nuclear. Not a pretty site..

It's Beirut, not Lebanon. And the list of cities should probably include Mecca, Medina, and the Vatican if you're going to include Jerusalem. And no, it wouldn't work.

It is essentially the same strategy that Eisenhower used to achieve an armistace with North Korea. So in a sense it worked. Except that a) the North Koreans had a sense of self preservation that the believer in the hidden Imam doesn't seem to have, and b) fifty or so years later, N Korea managed to develop nuclear weapons of their own, and their intentions with respect to those weapons are unclear.

I think that such a policy may work at delaying conflict, but that in the end, for Iran to cease to be a threat, they need regime change there. Preferably from within, but we can't wait forever either...
